Grief Discussions: A Community Book Club
Join us for an evening of meaningful conversation, connection, and support as we come together to explore grief and loss in a welcoming, understanding environment.
This book club is centered around open discussions guided by a different book each meeting. Our first selection, The Grieving Brain by Mary-Frances O’Connor, offers a fascinating and compassionate look at how our brains process love and loss—helping us better understand the grieving experience.
Whether you’ve experienced loss, are supporting someone who has, or simply want to learn more, all are welcome. You do not need to read the book to attend—just come as you are.
