Patricia (Pat) Lewis

Patricia (Pat) Lewis, of Easton, MD passed away peacefully on February 20, 2026, surrounded by her loving family. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Rembert Jerome Lewis II {Jerry} in August of 1995 and cherished son Jerry {Caroline} in June of 2025. She is survived by her daughter Michaele {Carl} and her son Scott {Luz}. She was a proud and loving grandmother to Chelsea {Nick}, Hannah {Matthew}, Nicole {Edward}, Alex, and Kristin, and a doting and beloved great-grandmother to Harbor, Bear, Scott, and Scarlett. Pat was born on May 30th, 1942, and married the one and only true love of her life, Jerry. After living on the Eastern Shore of Maryland in the early years, together, with their three children, they embarked on an overseas adventure and spent several years living abroad in Oman, igniting a future love of travel, international food, and experiencing different cultures. Pat and Jerry traveled extensively all over the world, creating countless memories that Pat loved to share with her family through storytelling and photo albums. Pat was the heart of the family, the glue that kept everyone together, and provided a constant source of support, advice, and comfort. Her family was her greatest joy and she treasured every conversation, every visit, and every funny video of her beloved great grandchildren. She loved daily conversations with her dear friend, Nancy, birdwatching, weekly drives, ice cream dates, going to the beach, Grotto’s Pizza, collecting seashells and sea glass, and finding yard sale treasures. She was a huge Ravens fan, loved country music, gardening, and watching Hallmark movies. Pat will always be remembered for her huge heart, patience and unwavering kindness. She always had a smile on her face, no matter what adversities she faced, and an unshakable, gentle strength and loving spirit that touched the lives of everyone around her. We will never forget our dear, beloved mother, Grandma, and Nana, and will always treasure the laughter, time spent together, daily phone chats, and endless precious memories. Her infinite love and nurturing shaped and touched each and every one of us.
