The arrangement was beautiful and it smelled really good. I got a lot of compliments from all of those who contributed on how lovely the arrangement was.
I was a little disappointed in the ribbon. I had to look for it. I knew it was there, but those who didn’t know it was there probably missed it.
The sympathy store was wonderful when I called them for help because I did not receive the confirmation of the delivery from the florist they contracted. They checked into it for me and got back to me very quickly.

Ordered this for my dad as it blue was his favorite color. Some of the flowers were looked weepy upon delivery, ordered a ribbon for it and it didn't come with it. The flower shop couldn't promise delivery of the ribbon before the service. They didn't offer to refund for it either. The funeral home and another flower shop provides us with one and had it in time for the service.

I was so pleased to see how nicely done the Ocean Breeze Spray was when I arrived at the funeral home for my sister’s funeral. It was exactly like the photo. I was hoping there wouldn’t be any substitutions. My sister was very fond of the ocean and the bays on Long Island and I wanted the spray to really represent that in the blue and white colors. The flowers were so fresh and smelled wonderful.

Otis placed me on a brief hold while he contacted the florist to confirm delivery. I also spoke to a female customer service representative who was very helpful. The flowers were beautiful. Easy to order, delivery right to the service, I felt it would be more prominent for the price. It did look like the photo, but compared to some of the other arrangements that were at the service, and even those that I know were at lower prices, I didn't think this gave the "BEAUTIFUL" factor that I was looking/hoping/paid for, so I was disappointed. I personally would recommend choosing a different arrangement for the price.

I was a bit disappointed with the spray. I ordered it because the flower arrangement in the photo was beautiful and the reviews were stellar. Sadly, the actual spray barely looked like the one in the photo. I thought there would be more flowers. The flower arrangement, the ribbon, the writing on the ribbon and on the sympathy card could all use a lot of improvement. I still gave it a positive rating because the spray arrived promtly and the flowers were fresh.

Thank you for getting my order delivered, however, since I was not able to attend the viewing I did not see the flowers in person. I wish there was a way to have gotten a picture of the actual arrangement when delivered to the funeral site. Especially since there was a $20 dollar added service fee I never had imposed on me as a customer in any florist service here in California or Nevada.

When I saw the name on the arrangement I knew this was "the one" for my friends wife's memorial service! They would often walk along the ocean together, and sit and talk in the afternoons. It was their special time. It arrangement was astonishingly beautiful! Thank you so much!

The arrangement was pretty, but not as big as anticipated. The custom ribbon is just a hand written ribbon....nothing special. Next time I would purchase from a different florist because the other arrangements purchases were larger and the flowers looked healthier.

Because it was so late when I ordered it, all the local florists were closed. Sympathy Store contacted me and suggested they deliver to the family's home the day after the funeral. Since a spray wasn't appropriate for a home, we changed it to a living plant. I asked them to keep the same approximate price and they did. Although there wasn't a single plant for this price, they sent 3 separate plants. They were lovely and appreciated by the family. Thank you for going the extra mile.

Wanted to leave a brief comment about the arrangement that was made for my uncles viewing. The family really loved these along with the casket spray. They were very beautiful. I really appreciate the effort that was made it was last min ordered my uncle died in Florida so we didn't have much time. I cant say thank you enough.

all flowers were wilted when I saw the arrangement at 10:00 a.m. on Wed. I was very disappointed. Many people commented on the flowers being wilted already. Very embarrassing. I wish you would reduce the price as I do not think it was worth what I paid.

When this was delivered for the viewing day it was beautiful however, all of the blue flowers in the middle completely wilted by the next day's funeral. It is summer here but having them wilted at the funeral was a little embarrassing. Maybe those flowers are too delicate since the white flowers were ok.

I expected my order to be delivered the day of the funeral and to my surprise it was actually delivered during the visitation..... Which was great! I was pleased with how beautiful the arrangement was and that I ordered it at 5pm on a Saturday and it was at the funeral home when I arrived Sunday at 1pm. I did not get the confirmation via email until Tuesday for some reason. Ordering was a pleasant experience that took stress off of me since is was super convenient to order.
