Pierre Ray Gumucio
November 24, 1975 - February 7, 2022
Pierre Ray Gumucio of Grasonville passed away suddenly on Monday, February 7, 2022. He was 46 years old. Born on November 24, 1975, in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of Anna Marie Auckland and Wenceslao Carlos Gumucio. Pierre presented himself as a tough guy, but underneath he had a tender heart. It brought him great joy to help others when in need. He liked watching old movies and riding 4 wheelers and swimming with his daughter in summer. Always curious, as a child Pierre would take his toys apart to see how they worked. He would make robots out of his electric cars. Most of all, he took his responsibilities seriously. He had always liked working with his hands. He worked for the United Brotherhood Carpenter’s Union, who are more like family. Who are always there to lend a helping hand, and support. Pierre is predeceased by his father, Wenceslao Gumucio. Pierre is survived by his daughter, Destiny Gumucio; mother, Anna Auckland; stepfather, Albert Auckland and his wife Carolyn Wells; stepmother, Luz Gumucio; brother, Charles Gumucio; stepsisters, Angelica Gumucio and Jessica Gumucio; niece, Bianca Gumucio; and nephew, Maxim Gumucio. A Visitation will be held at Fellows, Helfenbein & Newnam Funeral Home in Chester, MD on Saturday, March 5, 2022, from 10AM to 11:30AM with a time for sharing to begin at 11:30AM. Burial will follow in Spring Hill Cemetery, Easton, MD.
