Justin Stephen Howard Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Justin Stephen Howard, 76, was born in Washington DC to Edward William & Edna Marie Howard, passed away on June 24, 2022 at home with his wife & children at his side in Grasonville, MD (formally of Damascus, MD). Justin spent over 50 years in the Automotive Parts Industry, including proudly owning Buddy’s Auto Parts in Silver Spring, MD. He had a passion for muscle cars & owned a few over the years. He also was an avid sports fan, from NASCAR to soccer – his favorites were football & basketball. He was a true Redskins fan no matter their record he stayed a loyal fan always. Justin preferred college basketball & the University of Maryland being his go to team, even attending a game with his daughter Tracy. Justin’s happy place was on his lawn tractor, with his beer coozie & head phones mowing our lawn (sometimes with our granddaughter Faith on his lap) in Damascus, MD. It took him hours, but he loved it. He also enjoyed deep sea fishing with our daughter Tami, they rarely caught any keepers but enjoyed the time together and was filled with delight when our granddaughter caught her 1st fish off the dock when she was 10. He loved driving his pick-up truck, listening to country music, oldies & Michael Jackson’s ‘Thriller’. Justin was preceded in death by his parents Edward & Edna. He is survived by his loving wife of 53 years Linda, of Grasonville, MD, his beloved children, Tami Lynn of Frederick, MD, Tracy Ann of Grasonville, MD and his adored granddaughter Faith Maryellen Ausherman of Frederick, MD. A visitation will be held at Fellows, Helfenbein & Newnam 106 Shamrock Road Chester, MD 21619 on Saturday, July 2nd from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm with a gathering at our home immediately following.
