Justin Paul Brown

May 12, 1980 - November 16, 2021

Justin Paul Brown of Martinsburg, West Virginia, passed away on November 16, 2021.He was 41. Born on May 12, 1980, in Baltimore, Maryland, he was the son of Adam Brown III and the late Linda Hunter Brown. Justin was a graduate of Old Mill High School in Millersville, Maryland. After graduating he enlisted in the Navy, Justin served until he was honorably discharged. In 2004 he moved to West Virginia, he enjoyed hiking, especially the Appalachian trail. Justin is survived by his father, step-mother Wanda Breeden Brown, and children, Jalib Paul Brown, Rosalyn Grace Brown, and Kiley Gail Brown. As well as siblings Adam D. Brown IV, Aaron M. Brown, Larisa Campbell, Alecia Yeager, Melony Kimble and Crystal Plumhoff. He was predeceased by his mother, children Kaleel Brown and Ariana Brown and sister, Melinda Plumhoff.
