James Buren Neagle of Stevensville, MD died on March 1, 2022. He was 74 years old. Born on February 27, 1948, in Bladensburg, MD, he was the son of the late Eugene Patrick and Virginia May Neagle. After high school, Jim attended Maryland University for one year. He went on to become an IT expert, having his career with the State Department up until he retired. Jim looked forward to his annual vacation with his wife Pat in Cape Hatteras every summer. A few things to know about Jim, was his great passion and love for all animals, and his joy of antiquing and classic cars. He also enjoyed reading books, especially books about history. Jim was a big history buff, anything you wanted to know about it, you could come to him, and he would happily tell you all about it. Jim was the kindest person. He would help anyone; all you would have to do is give him a call. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Jim is predeceased by his brothers Charles & Henry Neagle. He is survived by his loving wife, Patricia; daughter, Tammy McWilliams; and granddaughter, Lindsey; great granddaughter, Parker Cataldi; sister-in-law, Suzen Neagle; Godson, Nicholas Zook, and nieces and nephews. He also leaves behind his beloved cats Fred, Ethel, Mosby, and Little Jack. A visitation will be held at Fellows, Helfenbein & Newnam Funeral Home in Chester, MD on Friday, April 1, 2022, from 12PM to 2PM with a memorial service to begin at 2PM. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to any animal rescue of your choice.
