Edwin Lewis Killen Sr. Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Edwin Lewis Killen Sr. of Church Hill, MD passed away on Friday, June 3, 2022 at his residence in Sudlersville, MD. He was 77. Mr. Killen was born Sept. 11, 1944 in Felton, DE the son of the late Lewis Ira Killen and Myrtle Rebecca “Green” Killen. He attended school in Felton, DE but left school early to go work on the farm. After a few years Edwin enlisted in the United States Army and later returned back home after an honorable discharge and went back to working on the farm. Mr. Killen enjoyed shooting pool and running and hunting his rabbit dogs but really was an avid pool player, playing in the A. P. A. and going to Vegas to play and place very well in the tournaments. Mr. Killen was also a member of the Chestertown Elks Lodge. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by three sisters, Pat Martin, Doris Hutson, and Jeanie Hutson. He is survived by his two sons, Eddie Killen Jr. (Crystal) of Barclay, MD, Brian Killen of Indiana, one sister, Emily Killen of Felton, DE, two brothers, Bucky Killen of Felton, DE, Joe Green of Harrington, DE, two grandchildren, Tyler and Jaxon Killen both of Barclay and the entire Palmatary family. A visitation will be held Wed. June 15 2022 from 6-8pm at Fellows Family Funeral Home 370 Cypress St. Millington. A graveside service will be held Thursday, June 16, 2022 at 11am at Hopkins Cemetery in Felton, DE. In lieu of flowers contributions can be sent to the Chestertown Elks Lodge P.O.
