She would have celebrated her 80th birthday and her granddaughter’s 16th birthday on the following day. She was a loving mother and grandmother. Born in Baltimore on July 28, 1930, she was the daughter of the late, Ralph W. and Barbara Lee. In 1947, she graduated from Dundalk High School. She worked for the State of Maryland at the Motor Vehicle Administration until her 79th birthday. She is survived by her daughter, Susan L. Palmisano of Easton; and her granddaughter, Brianna N. Beecher of Easton. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James T. Runge; her son, Thomas A. Palmisano; her brother, Ralph W. Lee, Jr.; and her former husband, Augustine Palmisano, III. A funeral service will be held at 3:00 pm on Tuesday, August 3 at the Fellows, Helfenbein & Newnam Funeral Home, P.A. in Easton, where friends may call one hour prior to the service.
